Cannot find your sequences?
Lead Connect Sequences just disappeared when you switched your browser/computer. 

Lead Connect is a browser specific tool, and when you change your browser all the data along with your sequences will be lost.
In order to get back your sequences, you need to again go to the old browser, where you created those sequences and they will be present there as they were.
