There are 2 kinds of blacklists

1) Global blacklist which is shared between the teams and which you can see in the Portal as well. This blacklist is used for Invitation sequence. Not for messaging sequence.

2) Local blacklist: This type will make sure that the same person won't be reached out from any other sequence if that person is already receivingmessage as part of any other sequence.
